To provide a quick quotation, we will need the following things:

  1. PDF Cad drawing with technical details and specs and 3D model in STP, IGES, X_T.
  2. Quantity required.
  3. Finishing specifications, heat treatment, anodizing or plating, coating etc.
  4. Applicable customer centric specifications, such as First Article Inspection, PPAP requirements.
  5. Important information, such as lead times or specific target pricing.

Expect within 2 days after we receive the inquiry with all the necessary details.

Complex parts or parts with other process involvement may take a few days.

Lead times are quoted in calendar days.

DWG, DXF, IGES, STEP, X_T. STL .

Some customers use only a single part of Velfab’s capabilities, other take advantage of the full service we deliver.

We have an established quality system and are committed to your satisfaction. Our products are subjected to in-process inspections at various stages of production. And 100% inspection of all parameters on completion.

We provide Inspection reports  and CMM reports. Report of 3D scanning of part by comparing it to the CAD model is also available to ensure the quality of your parts is as per print. These reports will be shipped with your parts.

Velfab is aligned to provide 24/7 work schedules when required.

Yes, we support quick turn prototyping on a regular basis.

Yes. Velfab is experienced enough to absorb surge requirements arising from unforeseen demands, expansion plans to urgent scaling up. We do plan some percentage of stocking, relative to annual demand and supply. This buys us time to bump up production. And again whenever required we can invest in new line up of machinery based on revised plans.

1 to 2 weeks straight forward.

2 to 4 weeks challenging and more complex.

Depending upon the complexity, size and quantity ordered. More complex parts with special requirements will take longer. We will give you an approximate delivery time in the quote.

For an air freight consider 5 to 10 days delivery, ocean freight 4 to 8 weeks depending on the location.

  1. Advance 50%, balance prior to shipping.
  2. Large orders 50% advance, 40% prior to shipping, balance 15 days credit.
  3. Consistent orders advance and credit terms are mutually discussed and considered.
